You must pick up your snake from the FedEx hub within 4 hours of its arrival or else our live arrival guarantee is void. We will be happy to provide you with the address of your nearest FedEx hub that will hold reptiles for pick-up via SYR (they are located essentially everywhere :). Additionally, because it can frequently add many hours to the 'shipping journey', we strongly recommend (but do not require) that you have your snake(s) shipped via "Hold For Pick-Up" at your nearest FedEx hub so that the snake is not required to endure a potentially long and bumpy, and possibly cold or hot ride on a delivery truck to your home. Someone must be present to sign for FedEx home delivery or our live arrival guarantee is void. Please note that our live arrival guarantee is void if we are not provided with complete and correct shipping information.
